For agencies

Continuous compliance, every client, one rail.

limena maps to how agencies actually work: clients, programs, cadences. Add an account once, set a cadence, and the daily cron handles the rest. Your team annotates the findings worth annotating. The client-ready report comes out the other side, on your brand.

14-day trial, no card. White-label from the first scan.

What you actually sell

You don't sell scans. You sell the report.

Any tool can list axe violations. What a client pays your agency for is the document: the VPAT their procurement team needs, the scorecard their director reads, the fix list their developers act on. limena's job is to collapse "audit finished" into "client-ready deliverable out the door", on your letterhead.

VPAT 2.5, generated

A + AA conformance tables assembled from the real audit, with honest Auto / AI-assisted / Manual coverage classification baked in. Word or print, ready to hand to a compliance officer.

Executive scorecard

A one-page POUR summary a director can read in a meeting. Brand-neutral by default; set the client's accent colour and primary URL on the client record and the report inherits it.

Fix list your devs can run

Every finding ships with what's wrong, who it affects, and the exact fix, exportable as a Markdown skill your team or Claude Code can work straight through. Not a wall of error codes.

Built for the agency workflow

From spreadsheets and one-off PDFs to a single workspace.

Most agencies track clients in spreadsheets and ship findings as Word docs. limena replaces both with structured data, and adds the regression and verify loops a PDF can't do.

Workspace, clients, programs, audits

One workspace for the agency, unlimited clients, each with their own programs running on their own cadence. Switch between clients from the rail. Every audit lands under the right client, filed by date.

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual

Pick the right cadence per program. The daily cron checks every active program and fires an audit when its next-due window opens. Regressions surface across engagements, not just within one.

Your brand on every report

White-label is on from the Studio plan up: your logo, your colours, your domain on the report and dashboard. Practice and Public add a fully custom URL. Your client never sees the limena name unless you want them to.

The agency story

"We stopped re-typing findings into tickets."

The realistic cycle: an audit lands, a senior consultant re-types the findings into your tracker, the dev team works through tickets, the audit-of-the-audit ships three weeks later, and half the findings are still open because the tracker said "done" but nobody re-scanned.

limena's Linear and Jira integrations are that translation step, plus the verification. Push the finding, the developer closes the ticket in the tracker they already use, limena re-scans and posts the verdict back as a comment. The senior consultant stops being a copy-paste machine.

For Canadian agencies specifically

Built where you build, compliant where it counts.

limena is operated out of Ottawa and runs against ACA, AODA, WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549, and Section 508 out of the box. Bilingual EN / FR reports are available on the Public tier for federal work.

Data residency, stated honestly

Your audits and account live in Supabase's Canada Central region (Postgres + auth). Scan workers run in US East, where only the URL and scan output transit. For content that can't leave your control, bring your own AI provider so audited content only goes where you choose.

Procurement-friendly

SOC 2 Type II posture through Supabase and Vercel (Vercel adds ISO 27001). A DPA template is available on request, and the /methodology page answers the "what do you actually test" question procurement always asks.

White-label, every plan

Your client's brand on shared reports, not ours. Your name on the work, limena under the hood, from your very first engagement.

limena started because an agency owner got tired of re-writing the same accessibility report. Run it against a live client site and see the deliverable for yourself.
